These country's customs regulations require the certificates to establish the used value of the imported equipment and, if it is to be loaned to a subcontractor for a project or sold to an end-user, provides a paper trail that follows the equipment through its useful life. In most instances, after the project is completed, the equipment will be returned to the lending party. The Chartered Engineer Certificate (CEC) is the document that follows the equipment through this process. The certificate we supply you lists the equipment with its identifying part and serial number, the country of origin,the approximate date of manufacture, and its current market value in a format required by customs.
